This four-story, mixed-use building in Washington DC’s Adam’s Morgan District features an underground parking garage and first floor retail with residential above. The first and second floors are concrete-frame.
The project is on a brownfield site where a gas station, built in 1926, was demolished. Due to the possibility of contaminated soil issues, Hardesty Concrete worked closely with the water-proofer to provide a sealed, below-grade structure.
