The 400 Florida Avenue project in Washington, DC is a twelve-story building with a partial basement, retail space on the first floor and 110 residential units above. The approximately 115,000 square foot, 6000 cubic yard post tensioned concrete frame structure was set above a varying thickness mat slab.
