Ashby Ponds

Ashby Ponds ILB 3.1 is a five story Independent Living Facility in Ashburn Virginia. The 3500 Cubic yard project consisted of a ground slab, concrete columns, and high walls over the individual and continuous footings. A 16” post-tensioned concrete podium deck was then constructed over the parking garage. The project also included the installation of foundations for two connecting bridges.
