A major renovation of this existing nine-story, post tensioned, concrete frame building included the addition of seven floors of new post-tensioned framed concrete to the South side of the building, and two floors of concrete on metal deck over the entire footprint of the building. The interior renovations consisted of footing and column encasement and strengthening, beam strengthening and the addition of concrete shear walls varying in height between three and eleven stories tall. Additional renovations included multiple areas of topping slabs, raised slabs on insulation, and concrete fill in metal pan stairs. Numerous curbs and planter walls surrounding the green roof and patio completed the project.
